Yesterday we had a wonderful time avoiding the Pope who just so happens to be visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. We saw a new excavation around the Temple Mt. called Area G, which was something that wasn't there last time I was here in 1998. We ended our long day of walking at the Garden Tomb. Kyle and I are loving this land, our feets are tired but we look so forward to seeing more places and learning from Dr. Varner! 2 weeks to go.
Keep swallowing and kicking the Dome! Haha! And try to avoid the poop ... i mean, Pope, while you're at it. We miss you guys, but I'm sure happy you get to be over there together seing God's Promised Land. See ya in a few weeks!
